Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number to the email you provide. Please inspect all items within 30 days of receipt. Alaga LLC accepts no liability for packages sent without a signature.

Expedited Shipping. All orders placed with expedited shipping chosen as the shipping method (UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day) will be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 3PM EST. Any expedited order placed after 3PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

Payments: We Accept all Major Credit Cards as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. You may also pay by check or wire transfer. Call us for bank wiring instructions. If you attempt to pay online with your credit card and receive a message "Transaction Cannot Be Processed", then you need to simply call your credit card company and tell them that the charge is coming through. They will then clear it in their system and you will be able to complete your payment. Credit Card companies do this for your protection, generally on larger orders.
